About L'Amande

For more than a century, L’Amande has been synonymous with quality in the great tradition of Mediterranean soap making. In keeping with its distinguished heritage, today L’Amande soaps are still produced in cauldrons, using the traditional, so-called “Marseillais” method in which the oils and raw materials are simmered for six days and six nights. The solid soaps which made L’Amande famous in France at the end of the 1800’s, have gradually been joined by genuine liquid soaps, creams, bath foams, shampoos, toothpastes, lip sticks, eau de parfums and many other products, while still maintaining the high quality which has always distinguished us, using only the best oils, fragrances and essences from our own terrain. Product Description

This draining and emollient cream supports skin recovery after childbirth, helping restore normal tone with focused care. Applied with a gentle massage on the belly, hips, and thighs, it enhances microcirculation and oxygenates tissues. Enriched with ginkgo biloba and centella asiatica, it boosts fibroblast activity, essential for collagen and elastin production. Macadamia oil balances lipid secretion, making it ideal for sensitive skin. Organic mallow extract adds soothing and softening benefits. The cream features a delicate, allergen-free fragrance that aids in tone and shape recovery, and it’s safe for use during breastfeeding and postpartum.

Elastin: it is a fibrous protein present in the connective tissue, mainly composed of the amino acids glycine, valine, alanine and proline, a fundamental constituent of elastic fibres. It gives the skin the characteristic elastic response when subjected to tension

Macadamia oil: by cold pressing of the macadamia nut, a tree of Australian origin. It consists mainly of oleic, palmitoleic, linoleic and linolenic acids. By virtue of its particular composition in fatty acids, it is an important balancer of the lipid secretion of the epidermis. It is characterized by an excellent glide and non-greasy touch compared to other vegetable oils and is rapidly absorbed

Mallow glyceric extract from organic cultivation: mallow is a very common herbaceous plant in the Mediterranean, known since ancient times as a popular medicinal remedy. A mucilage is obtained from the leaves and flowers which boasts decongestant and moisturizing properties

Ginkgo biloba extract: it has a marked anti-free radical activity which is manifested by an improvement in cellular metabolism. It has a marked protective action on the capillaries and consequently improves the functions of the microcirculation

Centella asiatica extract: exotic plant with healing properties, it is able to stimulate the functionality of fibroblasts, responsible for the production of collagen and elastin. Used for dermo-cosmetic use for the treatment of cellulite blemishes, improvement of microcirculation functionality and maintenance of skin elasticity such as stretch marks and wrinkles
