Change of Mind?

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase, we ask to please choose carefully but if you change your mind that's OK too.
You're welcome to return any products in a re-saleable condition by posting it back to us within 14 days of arriving to your door. Once inspected we will issue a refund.

The product price will be refunded excluding the shipping. 

We do not offer exchanges, we refund and ask to please place a new order.

Damage Inspection

The goods will be inspected by our team upon arrival, if damaged but still re-saleable then a percentage based on the damage (what we would need to sell it on Clearance) is removed from the refund. We try to do what is right and reasonable.

What is re-saleable?

Re-saleable products are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
