We focus on International Safe, Fast & Affordable Delivery. Explore the Delivery Calculator above; each country has its own service options available.
The shipping price per unit decreases as you fit more in the one shipment, we recommend a larger order to get the best value.


For Australian orders we offer Free Metro Shipping over $99 using Express Service: Couriers Please.
We also provide the option to select Australia Post for your Metro orders with a service charge if you prefer their service.


For Remote & Rural Zones + PO Boxes we are required to use Australia Post and charge a small shipping fee.
 We subsidise Remote & Rural clients the same amount as Metro clients. We have beared the rising costs from Australia Post for 3 years and are no longer able to shoulder this fully.
We apologise and appreciate your understanding. 


Order Tracking ⌨️

All orders are sent with tracking and aim to arrive based on the Delivery Estimate shown for your location and selected service.
You will receive your tracking email 1-7 days after placing your order depending on your selected service.
Please be patient, you can find your estimate on your Order Confirmation Email.

Please reach out to our Client Solutions Team rather than the courier for all tracking enquiries.
We are able to provide the full picture and will support you every step from dispatch to arrival at your door.

Customs & Taxes ⚖️

Each country has their own customs laws.
We try our best to understand and follow all local requirements.
But it is of course the customers final responsiblity to abide by your local duties, taxes and restrictions.

For China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Vietnam 
We have Special Couriers where customs tax is all included
China orders require a National ID Upload as per Government Regulations.
Large Taiwan orders require multiple addresses to fall under personal use goods.

Resolution Guide ✍️

In the rare case of issue you can have confidence that our team will resolve it quickly and easily for you
We value your business long term and we want every order to leave you feeling special.

First we will identify what caused the error and resolve as follows:

1) Our Error
(Rare; less than 0.1% of orders)

• We will issue compensation refunds for affected products and their shipping amounts
• We will give you Insider Club points so you can get a free product on your next order as a thank you

2) External Issue
(Shipped perfectly with our service commitment but courier problem, delays, weather issue, customs etc.)

• Negotiate to come to an agreement that is fair for both parties
• Issue a credit for next order and Insider Club Points

3) Customer's Error
(Mistake's happen but don't worry our team will resolve it quickly and easily for you! Address issue's, unclaimed parcels etc.)

•Once issue is solved we will normally issue you Insider Club Points so you can get a free product next time
