We try our best to understand and follow all local requirements.
But it is of course the customers final responsiblity to abide by your local duties, taxes and restrictions.

For China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Vietnam 
We have Special Couriers where customs tax is all included
China orders require a National ID Upload as per Government Regulations.
Large Taiwan orders require multiple addresses to fall under personal use goods.

In the rare case of issue you can have confidence that our team will resolve it quickly and easily for you

First we will identify what caused the error and resolve as follows:

1) Our Error
(Rare; less than 0.1% of orders)

We will issue compensation refunds for affected products and their shipping amounts

2) External Issue
(Shipped perfectly with our service commitment but courier problem, delays, weather issue, customs etc.)

• Negotiate to come to an agreement that is fair for both parties
• Issue a credit for next order and Insider Club Points

3) Customer's Error
(Mistake's happen but don't worry our team will resolve it quickly and easily for you! Address issue's, unclaimed parcels etc.)
