Cashback earn is forfeited when orders are cancelled or refunded.
Cashback earn will not be reverted in case the return arrives not in a resellable condition.
How long is my credit and status valid for?
You can enjoy the rewards of your current tier status during the benefit period of 12 months.
Your earned Cashback Rewards is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Subsequent orders will be 365 days from that purchase date.
Status Tiers are based on how much you have earned during the previous 12 months. As long as you have earned above the required amount you will retain your level.
Spending your cashback does not affect your tier status. When you spend Cashback it will be spent oldest to newest.
Your membership status will auto upgrade?
Yes it will auto upgrade based on your cashback reward balance.
What happens if I don't use my cashback rewards or maintain my spend level after 1 year?
You will be notified via email one month prior to when your cashback rewards will expire. Your cashback rewards earned will expiry after 12 months.
After the 12 months benefit period, if you were not able to reach the minimum cashback earned to maintain your current membership status, your membership level will be downgraded to the status equivalent to your cashback earned for the previous 365 days.
How can I maintain my membership status?
To maintain your current membership status after 12 months, make sure to reach have the required cashback earned amount for the period.
Spending your cashback does not affect your current membership level. So shop and spend freely and you will keep growing in tiers!
