Peppermint oil has been used as an herbal medicine topically to relieve headaches and through ingestion to relieve nausea, digestive spasm, indigestion, and flatulence, muscle aches and joint pains. It is also used in inhalation to relieve cold and flu symptoms, ease stress and to calm the nerves.

Thursday Plantation Peppermint Oil is a pure essential oil made through a special process called steam distillation of the leaves and flowering tops of the Peppermint herb.

Active Ingredients

Peppermint oil

*Free from petrolatum, mineral oils, silicon, SLS, SLES, animal-derived ingredients, synthetic preservatives, and parabens.

How to Use

Headache Relief: Add 20 drops (1mL) to 10mL carrier oil and gently massage into forehead and temples to relax and ease tension headaches.

Soothes Cough & Cold: Adults only. Traditionally used in herbal medicine to relieve cough & cold symptoms, add 5 drops (1/4 mL) to hot water and inhale.

Cautions & Interactions

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying to a large area. If irritation develops, discontinue use. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Not to be used in children under 5 years old.
