Red Seal Sweet Dreams is your relaxing cup of tea, the perfect beverage to calm your mind and body before sleep or just in your relaxation mood distressing. These sweet dreams tea contains a relaxing herbal blend of chamomile, peppermint, lemon balm, passion flower and valerian for a perfect soothing cup of a warm hug.

Ingredients

Chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita)
Peppermint (Mentha x piperita)
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata)
Lemon verbena (Aloysia triphylla)
Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis)
Stevia leaf (Stevia rebaudiana)

How to Use

Pour just-boiled water over the teabag.
Let it draw for 3 – 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
Herbal teas often require a longer drawing time but their aromas, flavours, and herbal properties make the wait worthwhile.
Store in an airtight container.

Note: Recommended a limit of 2 cups per day as some people may experience water retention with higher consumption.
