How to Use
For Cough, Colds and Flu
Inhalation: Add 5ml to 500ml of hot water and inhale.
Sprinkle a few drops onto handkerchief, in bath or in a pillow.
Topical
Adults Only: As chest rub, mix 5 drops (1/4 ml) to 10ml of vegetable oil and massage onto chest and back.
Arthritic and Muscular Aches & Pains
Mix 5 drops (1/4ml) with 10ml vegetable oil, massage onto affected area.
Cautions & Interactions
Keep out of reach of children.
For external use only.
Skin patch test prior to use, if sensitivity occurs discontinue use.
