Active Ingredients

420 mg of natural fish oil, providing 126 mg of omega-3 marine triglycerides (75.6 mg of Eicosapentaenoic acid [EPA] and 50.4 mg of Docosahexaenoic acid [DHA]), 197 micrograms of potassium iodide (150 micrograms of iodine), 15.7 mg of ferrous fumarate (5 mg of iron), 41.6 mg of zinc sulfate monohydrate (15 mg of zinc), 2 micrograms of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), 1.29 mg of retinol palmitate (703 micrograms of vitamin A [RE]), 1.48 mg of thiamine nitrate (1.2 mg of thiamine, vitamin B1), 1.3 mg of riboflavin (vitamin B2), 16 mg of nicotinamide (vitamin B3), 6.54 mg of calcium pantothenate (6 mg of pantothenic acid, vitamin B5), 1.3 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (1.07 mg of pyridoxine, vitamin B6), 200 micrograms of folic acid, 40 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), 5 micrograms of colecalciferol (vitamin D3, 200 IU), 10.1 mg of d-alpha-tocopherol (15 IU of vitamin E), 25 micrograms of biotin, 12.5 mg of calcium carbonate (5 mg of calcium), 282 micrograms of chromium picolinate (35 micrograms of chromium), 88 mg of heavy magnesium oxide (53 mg of magnesium), and 50 mg of high selenium yeast (50 micrograms of selenium).

 

Dosage 

Children 12 years and over - Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed

Children under 12 years – Only as professionally prescribed

 

Warning 

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contain sulfites, fish and soya bean product.
