Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Items can only be returned or exchange if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
To return your products you should send the parcel to Shop 1, 243 Forest Road Hurstville, Sydney NSW Australia 2220 along with your order number. You will be paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If the refund is denied, only a portion of the amount is returned.
Note: A small refund fee from Paypal , Eway or Alipay may be applied to your order dependent on the volume and price of the order. Please contact us when refunding or exchanging a parcel.
Broken Damaged Goods
Note: Once the parcel leaves our store, Natonic is not liable for any exchanges or refunds due to damages or defects. All responsible falls back on the courier. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can try to solve this issue.
Clearance Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
