The Haddrell’s of Cambridge Story
New Zealand’s Premium Manuka Honey
Haddrell’s of Cambridge was founded with the vision and passion of becoming New Zealand’s Premium Manuka Honey brand by producing 100% natural bee products, made traditionally, using environmentally sustainable methods.
All the trees and flowers are lovingly grown, processed, and produced by the Haddrell’s own team on their farm In Waikato in North New Zealand.
Founders Richard and Moira Haddrell have always upheld their promise of ‘Direct from the beekeeper’. They are proud to own the whole supply chain!
The result? The finest, 100% natural Manuka Honey made to the highest standards with love and care!

The UMF level is not the only factor to consider!
Haddrell’s places their hives well away from civilization to allow the bees to get on with the job of making nutritious, premium UMF Mānuka Honey with minimal interference from pests, pollution, and people.
Combine the best nature with 25 years-experience in traditional farming methods and it is easy to see why Haddrell’s is famous for quality!

Tips for Eating Honey
1) Metal spoons cannot be used to avoid chemical damage to the beneficial components in honey; only clean (no moisture) plastic, wooden or magnetic utensils can be used to hold honey.
2) Adults can consume one to two teaspoons of honey per day. Take a sip of water, and then slowly swallow the honey.
3) Children over one year old can consume one teaspoon of honey every day. The eating method is the same as above.
4) Honey has no shelf life and can be stored in dry and cool places for a long time. It is important not to use a wet spoon to avoid destroying the original texture of honey.
Do not feed to infants under one year of age.
For best results store below 25°C.
