Dosages
under 10 years take 1 tablet daily
10-18 years take 3 tablets daily
18+ take 4 tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner

Products contains sugars, milk, soya beans, lactose, gluten and sulfites.
Products containing magnesium, mannitol and sorbitol, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea.
