Valerian is an herb that’s commonly known as “nature’s Valium,” and people have used it since the Middle Ages to treat sleep disorders such as insomnia used as an ingredient in sleep aid supplements as a result of its calming properties.

Magnesium 6.4 mg (magnesium orotate 100 mg), Extracts Equivalent To Dry: Hops (Humulus lupulus flower 200 mg), China root (Poria cocos fruiting body 50 mg), Anemarrhena asphodeloids root 50 mg Standardised Extracts Equivalent To Dry: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis root 1.3 g, valerenic acid 2.6 mg) Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra root & stolon 50 mg, glycyrrhizinic acid 2.5 mg).
** No added gluten, lactose, egg, yeast, preservatives and artificial flavours. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Directions For Use
One-two tablets, half to one hour before sleeping, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
